Task: Health kick day! Health is very important, so become more aware of yours today.
As Dr. Oz likes to say to his viewers, "The best way to live healthier is to start with your diet." So I did just that, I ate a fruit-filled cereal with fat free milk for breakfast! And it was fruit-tastic! Haha I remember growing up thinking french fries were vegetables and fruit punch actually had real fruit in it! Boy, was I wrong! And the older I get, the more I pay attention to what my body needs to stay healthy!
The next half of my day consisted of going to the gym and hitting the trusty elliptical! That lovely contraption and I have become very close in the past couple of months and anyone who has been on it can tell you, it does what its supposed to do! I jumped on that baby for an hour and I was sweating more than a criminal down at the police station! And the best part of working out is, you gain tons of energy! Seriously, I felt like someone jolted 1000watts of energy into me once I was through. And all that energy makes you feel such a euphoric high that nothing (no, not even drugs) can possibly amount to. If you were like how I was and didn't care for the "gym thing" I strongly urge you to give it another try! What do you really have to lose, right?
